The conference Registration Fee includes:
- access to the conference venue
- coffee breaks, on-site lunches all three days, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the
- farewell reception
- up to 3 paper uploads for IEEE/CSS Members and Non Members (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s)
- 1 paper upload for Students / Life IEEE members / Retirees (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s)
- 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost
In addition:
- Authors of TCST papers must pay full registration
- Students may be required to provide evidence of full-time student status
- Workshops will be organized provided there is a minimum number of registrants. In case of cancellation the workshop fee will be refunded

Papers for which none of the authors is registered will not be included in the conference program.
